Terms of Service (TOS)

• The application ("App") is currently in beta testing, and some functionality has not yet been deployed. By signing up now, you agree to help with finalizing the application by reporting any anomalies to support@listmynder.com. In return, the first few hundred sign-ups will be allowed to use the App without seeing advertising on any page, for the life of your current signup account. Note that while in beta testing, no advertising will be shown anyway.

• The App takes advantage of modern browser technologies and specifications and will not function as designed on older browsers. Internet Explorer versions prior to 10 are NOT supported. A good reference for browser support can be found here.

The App uses JavaScript & "cookies." You must have both technologies enabled in your browser to use the App.

• You agree not to use the App for illegal, illicit or imoral purposes.

• You agree not to store personal privacy information in the App.

• You agree that ListMynder's current & future advertisers/business partners may have access to your list data (again, don't store personal privacy data on the App!). This access may be used to target advertising, including such things as items in your lists that are on sale, etc.

• You agree that future updates to the TOS will be agreed upon by your continued use of the App. The App will advise of any changes to the TOS to allow you to opt out and cancel your App account.

• We agree not to share your email address with any third parties without your consent.

• We may send email updates to the email address you use to sign up for the App. We will make every effort not to abuse that privilege.

• If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions, please email them to support@listmynder.com, or post your comments on our Facebook page

• We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or delete your account for any violation of the TOS.
